  • Registration Process: Apply for ESIC registration online through the ESIC portal. Obtain an Employer Code Number and submit necessary documents.

ESIC Registration:

  • Registration certificate under Shops and Establishment Act or Factories Act
  • Certificate of incorporation for companies
  • MOA and AOA/Partnership Deed
  • PAN Card of the business
  • Address proof of the establishment
  • Bank account details of the business
  • Employee details (name, date of birth, salary details)
  • Digital signature of the authorized signatory
